While the firm is based Washington DC, we represent clients across the nation through a network of associated law firms dedicated to fighting back against corporations who put profits before people’s health and safety. David’s passion for mass tort litigation aligns with his deep-seated belief in seeking justice and retribution for those who have been hurt by others. Practicing mass tort law is not just a job, it’s a calling and a personal crusade.

Throughout his legal career of over 20 years, David has seen large corporations rush products to market, fail to adequately test for safety, even bury evidence of potential harm to the public; all in the name of corporate greed. “When I decided to start my own law firm, I wanted to stand out by helping victims of corporate abuse obtain justice. I’m a strong believer in corporate accountability and fighting for the little guy.”

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in finance, David returned to Athens 3 years later to attend the University of Georgia School of Law. David is licensed to practice as a member of the following Bar Associations:

• U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia Bar Association

While not fighting for his clients, David enjoys spending time with family, traveling, fitness and outdoor adventures. David is a member of a local Christian Fellowship and frequently serves the needs of others through the church and in the community.
