The FDA recently sent a warning letter to JUUL Labs stating the company had illegally marketed their products as “less risky than cigarettes.” JUUL quickly responded stating the company would change its marketing to comply with the FDA warning. Additionally, government health officials are considering an outright ban on certain varieties of JUUL’s products that are being marketed directly to children and young adults.

JUUL is currently in the crosshairs of a major controversy brewing over the safety of vaping products and the epidemic of teenage addiction.
